It is important to note that we cannot confirm to a member of public that somebody is a student here, and we cannot discuss anything with a member of public (including family/friends) without a student's (over the age of 18) consent to do so. All reports made via this platform are taken seriously, so we will respond to concerns shared appropriately but will unlikely be able to inform you of the steps taken.
