The team in your halls can provide valuable guidance on addressing disagreements, helping residents to resolve issues informally whenever possible while providing additional support for specific concerns.

The Residential Life (ResLife) team is a friendly and approachable presence in Manchester Met halls, offering expert, confidential advice on a range of topics, including:
- Resolving disputes with housemates
- Support with bullying or harassment concerns
- Wellbeing advice
- Information on social events and activities
- Connecting you with helpful university services
How to get support

Living in Purpose Built Student Accommodation (Unite, IQ, CRM, Dwell, Vita Properties)
If you live in purpose-built student accommodation, your Accommodation team is available to help with bullying and harassment concerns. If you feel in immediate danger, call your onsite security, or the police on 999.
If you do report bullying and harassment in your accommodation via the Report and Support site, the Welfare team will contact your accommodation provider, allocating the report to them to investigate.
